Rub the spices all over the meat, then wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 24 hours, to allow the flavors to penetrate. This will ensure that you don't lose all the precious juices when you cut into them.

Seal bag and gently shake bag around to fully coat the roast. The size roast i cooked is 3 pounds. Allow the steak to cook for 3 to 5 minutes before pulling out the oven rack and flipping the meat with a pair of tongs.
Remove the meat from the marinade and pat it dry. Reserve marinade and set aside. In a large bowl mix together the garlic salt, black pepper, brown sugar, dried minced garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper and vegetable oil.
It’s a fairly lean cut of meat, so if you follow my cooking instructions it will result in tender meat.
