Store the bars in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months. I always include chocolate chips in mine and sometimes like to mix in nuts or dried fruit too.

Toast oats and nuts.

Homemade granola bars oven. Drizzle with a spoon over the bars. Chill the granola bars for at least 2 hours. Evenly spread the granola mixture in the roasting pan.
