Wrap bacon slice around each scallop & thread onto a skewer to secure them. Line your air fryer tray with parchment paper and air fry. Compliment them with a herby delicious and tangy lemon sauce, you have a wonderful dish.

Prepare the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the scallops in the basket, evenly apart. Cook until the bacon is crispy. Secret it with a toothpick.

Cut your bacon in 1/2 (half) wrap your scallop with 1/2 a piece of bacon. Do not stack or block air from circulating in the basket. In a large bowl brush the scallops with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste (optional).

Set bacon aside & wipe out air fryer. Remove the scallops from marinade reserving sauce for basting. Cook bacon in the air fryer until soft, not crispy.

When the the air fryer is hot, place bacon strips in a single layer and par cook for 3 minutes. Place the wrapped bites into the lined basket. Air fry the bacon wrapped scallops for 16 minutes, rotating the top and bottom layers halfway through.

Work in batches if necessary. Dab scallops dry with paper towels and. Place the bacon in the air fryer to partially cook for 3 minutes, turning halfway.

Pat scallops dry with a paper towel & season (per recipe below). Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon, then secure it with a. Cut each slice of bacon in half lengthwise.

Continue to wrap your scallops, until they are all done. Wrap each scallop in a piece of bacon securing with a wood pick. Marinate the scallops in the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper for about 30 minutes.
