Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix for 1 minute at low speed. Grease and flour (or pam) tube pan, 10×4 inches.

Add the eggs one at a time. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time.

Turn your mixer down to its lowest speed and slowly add the flour in 2 batches.
